(ISSN 2149-9543). Metinler içinde yer alan ifadeler yazarların kendilerine ait olup, SPMJ editörlerinin görüşlerini yansıtmamaktadır. Yayınlanan eserlerdeki ifade ve görüşlerin sorumluluğu yazara ait olup, yayın kurulunu bağlamaz.

Strategic Public Management Journal (SPMJ) is an international peer-reviewed journal that implements a double-blind peer review system, provides open access to readers, and can be accessed through (http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/turkish-translation) (ISSN 2149-9543).

The statements within the texts are the authors' own and do not necessarily reflect the views of SPMJ editors. The responsibility for the expressions and opinions in the published works belongs to the authors and does not bind the editorial board.

Makale Önerisinde Bulunurken | When Submitting an Article Proposal

Dergimize teslim edilen tüm çalışmalar, DergiPark sistemi üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir. Teslim edilen çalışmaların değerlendirilmesi, derginin yayın periyoduna bağlı olarak değişkenlik gösterir. Yazarlar, teslim ettikleri çalışmalarının süreci hakkında değişik aşamalarda bilgilendirilmekte ve eserin basılacağı sayı kendilerine iletilmektedir. Yazarlar tarafından teslim edilen çalışmaların değerlendirme süreci ve basımı için herhangi bir ücret talep edilmez. Teslim edilen çalışmalar, başka bir yerde yayımlanmak üzere teslim edilmemiş veya herhangi bir dilde yayınlanmamış olmak zorundadır. Teslim edilen tüm çalışmalar, hakemlik sürecine geçilmeden önce intihal için kontrol edilirler. Eserler dörtten fazla yazar ismi taşıyamaz. Değerlendirme sürecine kabul edilen çalışmalar, hakemlik süreci tamamlanana kadar beklemek zorundadır.

All submissions to our journal are evaluated through the DergiPark system. The evaluation of submitted works may vary depending on the publication period of the journal. Authors are informed about the process of their submitted works at different stages, and the issue in which the work will be published is communicated to them. There is no fee for the evaluation process and publication of works submitted by authors. Submitted works must not have been previously published elsewhere or in any language. All submitted works are checked for plagiarism before entering the peer-review process. Works cannot have more than four author names. Accepted works for the evaluation process must wait until the peer-review process is completed.
